Company status

We'll still need a final set of accounts and a deregistration package. The rest of the form still
applies — please answer based on the last full year of trading.

All documents below can be supplied in hard or soft copy. Soft copy is strongly preferred
(PDF, Excel, or clear scan).

1. Check the previous Audit Report (if applicable). Prepare 12 months of bank statements, starting
from the month after the previous audit period ended. E.g. previous audit ended March 2026 →
start from April 2026.

2. If this is your first year: prepare bank statements from the date the account was opened.

Please prepare them for the whole audit year (same date range as the bank statements above).

Please prepare records for the whole audit year (same date range as the bank statements above).

Please prepare the signed agreements covering the whole audit year (same date range as the
bank statements above).

IF YES → PREPARE
1. Loan contract — signed copy.
2. Repayment record and receipts — official bank receipts if the loan was provided by a bank.

IF YES → PREPARE
Provide the pay slip table — typically an Excel table, please convert to PDF before sending.

IF YES → PREPARE
eMPF record table — monthly, covering the whole audit year.

Please prepare the following for your audit.

12 months of bank statements
Starting from the month after your previous audit period ended (or from account opening if it's
your first audit year).

Income and expenditure receipts
Full audit year — rent, supplier invoices, sales receipts.

Asset records
Full audit year — fixed assets, equipment, vehicles, inventory, investments.

Rental agreements
Signed copies covering the audit year.

Loan contracts & repayment records
Signed loan contracts + repayment history and official bank receipts

Pay slip table (PDF)
Excel pay slip table, converted to PDF.

Monthly eMPF record table
Covering the full audit year.
